    Linda worked with me to sell my home under a fairly complicated set of circumstances. Despite the complexity of my transaction, Linda always treated me as if I were her only client. I was able to reach Linda at any time with questions. She also made a point of checking diligently on each and every aspect of the home sale process in a thorough manner. Finally, She often went beyond the scope of her job in order to help me get everything in order. From going to the town hall to research information on my property, or speaking with contractors to help me get my house fixed up before selling, I knew I could count on Linda! I was in extremely capable and professional hands with Linda representing me while selling my home. I know I got the best deal possible, and I would be happy to work with Linda again if I buy another home in the future.

    If I could give -10 stars for this branch I would. Every time I've been in this branch they made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It took me 48 minutes to cash a check. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular branch in Billerica center.

    This place is great until you have to move. They entrap you by never reminding you that even when your lease ends you still need to let them know you're leaving with a ridiculous 60day notice. Most places are 30day but corcoran management decides to amp it up to 60 in hopes you forget what you signed years ago. This means they get more money from you even when you're gone...not like they're prices aren't steep enough. Even better if you try to be a reasonable person and ask for help with your situation they make you pay more. Just to top it all off they let you know that you need to move out on a set day but are still gunna charge you while they turn the place over for new tenants. In short the commons is a great place if you have low demands, large pockets, and don't intend on leaving... Ever!
